Old Vineyard Behavioral Health Services is a private psychiatric hospital serving the Piedmont Triad, offering inpatient services and a continuum of care including Partial Hospitalization and Intensive Outpatient Treatment. The organization is accredited by The Joint Commission and certified by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services.

• Greeting all staff, patients, and visitors to Old Vineyard Behavioral Health Services.
• Ensuring all staff, patients, and visitors complete the COVID-19 screening form thoroughly and reviewing it to confirm entrance eligibility.
• Taking the temperature of each staff, patient, and visitor and ensuring the reading is within the acceptable range.
• Fitting wristbands onto individuals who meet the criteria for entrance into the facility.
• Completing regular sanitation duties and maintaining a clean and orderly reception area.
• Maintaining supplies (forms, wristbands, pens, masks, etc.).

PRN (as needed). Schedules include weekdays and weekends. The ideal candidate will possess strong multitasking skills, detail-oriented work habits, the ability to interact with all hospital guests with compassion and courtesy, and professional, effective communication skills.

  One year of previous experience in customer service; healthcare customer service experience preferred.
