Join Our Team as a CNA II — Neuro Stroke Unit at Forsyth Medical Center. Are you passionate about delivering exceptional patient care? Forsyth Medical Center is seeking dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA II) to join our dynamic and compassionate nursing team.

• Schedule: Full-Time | 36 hours/week | 6:45 PM - 7:15 AM
• Department: Medical-Surgical
• Location: Forsyth Medical Center, Winston-Salem, NC

Become a valued member of our Neurosciences Unit, a 43-bed specialized inpatient unit providing comprehensive care for stroke, neurological, and neurosurgical patients.

• As a CNA II, you will assist patients with activities of daily living
• Support a safe, clean, and healing environment
• Work under the direction of registered nurses to deliver compassionate, high-quality care

• Education:
  
  High School Diploma or GED, required.
• Experience:
  
  One year, preferred.
• Licensure/Certification:
  Completion of NA I and NA II programs, required. NA registry as NA I in good standing. Current NA II certification with state, required. NC state approved curricula for restrictive interventions (facility specific) within 3 months of hire for Emergency Departments and Behavioral Health units, required.
• Additional Skills (required): BON Health Care Provider. Medication Safety - AME
• Additional Skills (preferred):
  Basic computer skills for documentation.
