• High School Diploma or GED (required).
• Two‑year college preferred and related health‑field experience (required).
• Three years of experience (required).
• Registered Polysomnographic Technologist; registered with the NC Medical Board (required).
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to complete skills validation, competency testing, manual dexterity, patience, and ability to work flexible nighttime schedule.
• Basic ECG recognition; advanced understanding of polysomnography concepts.

• Training in pediatric polysomnography and advanced titration modalities.
• Effective leadership skills to facilitate patient care delivery, assist in development and maintenance of department policies and procedures, maintain inventory, and coordinate the technical team.
