SPEECH LANGUAGE PATHOLOGIST (SLP) - THE OAKS
Liberty Healthcare and Rehabilitation Services invites applications for the SPEECH LANGUAGE PATHOLOGIST (SLP) position at The Oaks. This role provides an opportunity to work in a supportive, multidisciplinary rehab environment with progressive treatment modalities to address a variety of diseases and impairments.
Job Responsibilities- Work with a multidisciplinary team to ensure a wonderful rehab experience for patients and their families.
- Implement responsive, individualized treatment plans.
- Provide in‑house therapy with local management support.
- Education: Graduate of an accredited Therapy program.
- Certificate / License: Licensed in the state of the SNF where the position is located; must have 3 C’s.
- Experience: Previous rehab SNF experience preferred; at least 1 year experience preferred.
- Other: This is not a CFY position.
