• Greet customers and offer a free hearing screen
• Analyze test findings and recommend solutions based on the customer’s hearing loss
• Recommend and dispense assistive listening and hearing solutions
• Educate patients on device use, maintenance, and provide demonstrations
• Make follow‑up calls to ensure satisfaction with assistive listening equipment

• Licensed Hearing Aid Dispenser or Audiologist (or both)
• Motivated by helping people hear better
• Ambitious with a sales attitude
• Entrepreneurial mindset with problem‑solving skills; high level of autonomy
• Excellent follow‑up skills
