- Day Shift – 3×12 or 4×10 scheduling option
- No call requirements
- 2 Monday shifts and 2 Friday shifts per 8‑week schedule
- 1 major winter holiday and 2 minor holidays per calendar year
- $5,000 Sign‑On Bonus Eligible
- $24.85 – $37.30 per hour, based on qualifications, skills, experience, and/or training.
- Health coverage with copay or HSA‑eligible options starting on Day 1.
- Generous PTO: up to 25 days per year for vacation, sickness, holidays, or personal matters.

- Graduation from an accredited Surgical Technology program or accredited nursing school.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification.
- Preferred:
Certification in Surgical Technology. - Three years of experience strongly preferred.
- Ensure quality patient care, safety, and advocacy through critical thinking and anticipation of case‑specific needs under RN supervision.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper management of instruments, equipment, and supplies.
- Communicate effectively with the team, coworkers, and patients in a professional manner.
- Take personal responsibility and initiative for performance, professional growth, and development.
- Demonstrate cost containment activities for instruments and inventory.
- Effective performance under stressful and difficult situations.
- Resilient and flexible in a changing environment.
- Strong focus on patient‑safety systems.
- Tech/informatics proficiency.
- Commitment to practice innovation.
- Possible exposure to infections, contagious diseases, hazardous anesthetic agents, body fluids, and wastes.
- Possible exposure to toxic chemicals and radiation.
- Ability to handle emergency or crisis situations.
- Tolerance for many interruptions.
- Ability to work in highly stressful, crowded, and noisy conditions.
- Required protective equipment: eye/face protection, gown, mask, gloves, and hair covering.
- Lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling up to 20 lbs. (maximum).
- Lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling up to 50 lbs. (maximum).
- Lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling up to 100 lbs. (maximum).
- Standing, walking, sitting, bending, reaching with arms, finger and hand dexterity, talking, hearing, and seeing as required.
