• A PSC lead is responsible for providing back‑up to the clinic administrator for the daily operations of the business office functions of the physician practice.
• Responsible for the timely and accurate recording of patient demographics, insurance information, patient charges and collections and scheduling patient appointments in a timely and accurate manner.
• Cross‑training required in multiple administrative support functions.
• Works within a team to achieve patient and team goals. Shares and initiates regular and professional communication with co‑workers.
• Participates in regular staff meetings. Works as a team member to identify areas of improvement and actively participates in the improvement process.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in a medical office setting (REQUIRED).
• Proficiency in EPIC systems and understanding of CPT and ICD9-CM coding.
• Strong organizational, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work collaboratively in a diverse team.
