The Full time Speech Language Pathology Position in Winston Salem with Developmental Therapy Associates requires you to have a masters degree and be licensed & registered with NC Asha., as well as no criminal record. The position reports to the lead SLP or Clinic Manager.

To evaluate, establish and conduct speech therapy treatment on patients to the result of getting them rehabilitated to a functional optimum condition and educated on how to maintain the optimum condition in alignment with the patient’s goals.
ProductPatients who are now enjoying an optimum condition as a result of injury or other developmental delay/disability and are educated on maintaining the optimum condition in alignment with their own goals, who are so satisfied with the service, they are willing to refer friends and family.
Job Functions- Coordinating schedules in our Winston-Salem office with the front desk.
- Conducting thorough evaluations for new patients in Winston-Salem.
- Ensuring punctuality is a top priority for this position in Winston-Salem, with any time-off requests and lateness requiring prior approval.
- Delivering personalized treatment plans to existing patients in Winston-Salem, following prescribed protocols.
- Promoting our services by encouraging satisfied patients in Winston-Salem to refer their friends and family whenever the opportunity arises.
- Discharging patients in Winston-Salem when their treatment is successfully completed.
- Maintaining comprehensive and up-to-date documentation in compliance with company guidelines, specific to our Winston-Salem location.
- Assisting with various office tasks, such as cleaning and organizing, during downtime from therapy sessions in Winston-Salem.
- Collaborating as a valuable member of a multidisciplinary team in Winston-Salem to ensure the best patient care possible.
- Participating in marketing and public relations events as they arise, specifically tailored to Winston-Salem.
55 completed visits/week (27.5 billable hours)
** A visit is defined as one where all treatments prescribed have been delivered to the patient under supervision and all relevant notes have been included in the file.
