Clinical Pharmacist, Hematology & Oncology Pharmacy (Multiple Myeloma Clinic)

The primary responsibilities of this role include clinical review of medication orders, counseling patients, providing drug information support to the clinic and infusion areas, and assisting with optimization and build of the electronic medical record.

Job Summary: The clinic-based pharmacist will work closely with technical staff, nurses, mid-level providers, and physicians to meet the operational, clinical, and research needs of the infusion clinic and the comprehensive cancer center.

• Clinical review of medication orders
• Counseling patients
• Providing drug information support to the clinic and infusion areas
• Assisting with optimization and build of the electronic medical record

What You Will Need:

• Bachelor's or Doctorate degree in pharmacy from an ACPE-accredited school of pharmacy
• Completion of PGY1 required and PGY2 oncology preferred
• Licensed in the state(s) of practice or eligible for reciprocity
• Immunization and non-vaccine injectable certification required
