This role enables associates to work virtually full-time, with the exception of required in-person training sessions, providing maximum flexibility and autonomy. This approach promotes productivity, supports work-life integration, and ensures essential face-to-face onboarding and skill development.

Financial Operations Recovery Process SpecialistThe Financial Operations Recovery Process Specialist is responsible for providing technical direction, guidance and resources to associates on a day-to-day basis.
How you will make an impact- Serves as a first line resource for financial operations associates for workflow and technical related processes.
- Provides operational training, assists associates by answering day-to-day technical questions, monitors inventory to ensure workflow remains uninterrupted, and handles complex case research and resolution.
- May review and monitor associates work for quality standards.
- Reviews department policy and procedure manuals for accuracy and works to ensure procedures and policies are accurate and complete.
- May research operations workflow problems and system irregularities.
- Assists with the development and testing of process improvement solutions and other operational improvements.
- Requires a BA/BS and minimum of 3 years related experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
- Previous experience in high-volume operations (claims, customer service, enrollment and billing) strongly preferred.
