Position: Entry Level Financial Professional Training Provided

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced financial advisor to assist our clients in designing and implementing strategies to achieve their goals. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in business or finance, a proven track record of creating successful and long‑term advising relationships, and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities
  • Establish strong relationships with new clients as their trusted advisor and continuously identify, seek, and approach prospects.
  • Execute exceptional customer service to existing clients; track and monitor communications in the client file, including strategies and financial advice given.
  • Develop and provide financial advice and strategies that are suitable based on client risk tolerance and financial objectives.
  • Design customized financial plans suitable for each client based on potential life changes and changing financial needs.
  • Aid clients in implementing financial recommendations such as savings plans, life insurance, mutual funds, and other financial products.
Qualifications
  • Current professional license CPA, or CFP and FINRA Series 7 and 66, is required.
  • Program proficiency including MS Office, Google Suite, CRM systems, and financial planning software is preferred.
  • Superior customer service skills, math skills, relationship skills, and communication skills are preferred.
  • Requires a Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or related field.
  • Proven success as a financial planner, personal financial advisor, financial analyst, or financial consultant is essential.
  • Bachelor's Degree a must; sales experience and/or financial internships a plus.
  • Business mindset: motivated by the chance to help prospective clients while focusing on personal growth.
  • Personable and caring, with a natural ability to connect and communicate with others.
  • Enthusiastic, high energy, and positive attitude.
  • Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership, learning agility, and ability to work autonomously.
  • Honesty, integrity, & ethics: trusted to do the right thing for clients and the team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Quick learner who is comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Compensation

$80,000+ performance-based per year.
