Corporate Accounting Manager

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a growing organization in Greensboro, NC to hire an experienced Corporate Accounting Manager. The ideal candidate will be skilled in GAAP reporting, financial analysis, and process improvement. Accounting Manager job duties:

• Lead monthly, quarterly & annual financial statement preparation (GAAP)
• Support budgeting, forecasting & variance analysis
• Strengthen internal controls & oversee compliance
• Assist with tax filings & coordinate with external tax partners
• Manage GL reconciliations, AR/AP insights & reporting
• Drive process improvements to elevate accuracy and efficiency
• Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 5+ years of accounting experience (public accounting a plus)
• Strong GAAP knowledge & analytical skills
• CPA preferred
