Plant Director

* Manages the plant operations at the production and warehousing facility.
* Hires and manages Operations staff members.
* Implements new technologies to improve quality and reduce costs.
* Creates and maintains paperwork pertaining to production, warehouse quality and inspections.
* Services the Sales Department.
* Develops and implements all AOP objectives.
* Provides support to PBV customers and suppliers.
* Other duties as assigned.

* Education:

** Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field (Master’s Degreee preferred).

* * Proven track record in food safety, GMP, and regulatory compliance.
* Must be able to read & understand a P&L Report
* Must have strong computer skills, excellent oral & written communication skills, be able demonstrate attention to detail, and multi-task.
