Trio Supply Chain Solutions, a leader in electronics brokerage and IT asset disposition (ITAD), is currently seeking an experienced Server Hardware Engineer to join our technical team. This pivotal role encompasses the design, analysis, and troubleshooting of server hardware systems within the ITAD segment. The ideal candidate will exhibit a robust understanding of server architecture, hardware components, and systems integration, thereby ensuring optimal functionality and sustainability of our IT asset disposal processes.

• Evaluate and refurbish server hardware systems.
• Conduct performance assessments and facilitate repairs as required.
• Collaborate closely with other engineering and sales teams to enhance product offerings while ensuring compliance with industry standards and environmental regulations.
• Identify potential hardware refurbishments that contribute to sustainability goals and cost-efficiency.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in server hardware design and evaluation.
• Comprehensive knowledge of server architecture, hardware components, and storage systems.
• Familiarity with IT asset disposition processes and applicable environmental regulations.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and repair server hardware issues effectively.
• Familiarity with virtualization technologies is a plus.
• Strong analytical and technical problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
