• Resolves plant‑level quality issues related to machinery, equipment, and production processes.
• Supports NPI initiatives by conducting technical risk assessments and overseeing machinery‑related trial activities.
• Optimizes machine performance, partners with maintenance to reduce downtime, and implements equipment modifications.
• Leads waste‑reduction actions by analyzing data, identifying improvement opportunities, and applying best practices across operations.
• Ensures safety and compliance through technical evaluations and risk assessments of manufacturing equipment.

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
• Experience managing technical challenges and optimizing machinery in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong problem‑solving mindset with a focus on waste minimization and continuous improvement.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams and knowledge of safety standards for industrial equipment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a highly engaged, adaptable approach to change.

• 2+ years of experience in a supervisory manufacturing role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational capabilities.

• Competitive salary: $70,000.00–$80,000.00 (Winston‑Salem, NC).
