Responsibilities- Identify and recruit potential transfer students from community colleges and other institutions.
- Develop outreach activities and implement effective recruitment strategies.
- Evaluate transfer credits and apply them to degree programs in alignment with institutional policies.
- Assist with UNC Student Data Mart activities and contribute to accurate, timely reporting of student data.
- Support Office of the Registrar activities, particularly during peak times.
- Collaborate with colleagues to support student success, compliance, and program integrity.
- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent combination of training and experience; degrees from appropriately accredited institutions.
- Minimum of 2 years of related experience.
- 3+ years in higher education recruitment, academic advising, or transfer credit evaluation.
- 3+ years with student services, transfer policies, and admissions processes in higher education.
- 3+ years of experience with Ellucian Banner, Ellucian Degree Works, Slate CRM, Admission Pros CRM, or other student information systems.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Valid US Driver's License
- Commercial Driver's License not required
- Must be able to work during periods of adverse weather or emergencies as required
Monday – Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. or 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m., with some evenings and weekends; travel may be required.
