Primary Care Sports Medicine Physician Salisbury & North Wilkesboro, NC

Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist is seeking board-certified Family Medicine physicians with fellowship training in Sports Medicine to join our teams in Salisbury and Greensboro, NC. These exciting roles offer a balanced 50/50 split between primary care and sports medicine, allowing physicians to practice comprehensive family medicine while also caring for athletes and active individuals.

Position Requirements:

• Board Certification in Family Medicine
• Completion of an ACGME-accredited Family Medicine Residency
• Completion of a Sports Medicine Fellowship
• Valid North Carolina Medical License or eligibility to obtain one
• DEA registration
• Current BLS certification
