This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
ResponsibilitiesThe Physician serves as a health‑care professional capable of handling a variety of health‑related problems. Assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues requiring in‑depth evaluation of variable factors. The Physician focuses on outpatient medicine, continuity of care, health maintenance, and disease prevention, keeping medical history and records, referring patients to specialists as needed, and influencing department strategy. The role performs speed decisions on complex issues, exercises latitude in determining objectives, and works without direction.
Required Qualifications- Bachelor's degree
- 5 or more years of technical experience
- Licensure requirements of the state of jurisdiction
- Graduate of accredited MD or DO program of an accredited university
- Prefer Internal Medicine specialty
- Board Certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine or Geriatric Medicine
- Patient‑facing role part of the TB screening program; must be screened for TB
- Passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuous improvement of consumer experiences
- Willing to participate in limited on‑call coverage by phone

40 hours per week - Pay range: $219,400 - $306,900 per year
