A thriving private dental practice in the Winston‑Salem, NC area is seeking a General Dentist to join their team full‑time. This is a prime opportunity to step into a well‑run office with a loyal adult patient base, experienced support staff, and a pathway to future ownership or partnership for the right candidate.

As the primary general dentist in the practice, you'll be supported by two hygienists, two dental assistants, and front office staff. You'll manage a wide range of procedures and enjoy clinical autonomy while benefiting from a streamlined schedule and steady patient flow. The practice also employs a pediatric dentist onsite occasionally, though your role will focus solely on adult and teen patients.

• Guaranteed base salary

4 operatories: 2 doctor ops + 2 hygiene ops

• Active or eligible dental license in North Carolina
