• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of two years of customer service experience preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and adjust to changing priorities

• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
• Proficiency in assistive technology (JAWS and/or Zoom Text) if applicable
• Strong detail orientation and ability to work well under pressure
