We are seeking a Senior Construction Project Manager with extensive experience managing multifamily construction projects from preconstruction through final completion. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing large-scale residential developments while ensuring projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
.
This position is ideal for an experienced professional who has successfully managed ground-up multifamily developments, large residential communities, and complex construction schedules
.
- Lead the full lifecycle of multifamily construction projects
, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution - Oversee project teams including project managers, superintendents, subcontractors, and vendors
- Manage project budgets, cost forecasting, and financial reporting
- Coordinate preconstruction activities including bidding, subcontractor selection, and contract negotiation
- Maintain and manage detailed construction schedules and milestone tracking
- Ensure compliance with OSHA safety standards, quality control procedures, and building regulations
- Conduct regular progress meetings with internal leadership and project stakeholders
- Manage project documentation through construction management software platforms
- Identify project risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies
- Extensive experience managing multifamily or large residential construction projects
- Strong background in construction scheduling, cost management, and project budgeting
- Experience coordinating multiple subcontractors and field teams
- Ability to manage complex construction timelines and multiple project phases
- Proficiency with construction management software and Microsoft Office
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
- Experience managing large-scale multifamily developments or apartment communities
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience managing multiple projects or large teams simultaneously
