Qualifications:
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience as a Project Superintendent
- Strong knowledge of LEAN construction practices and LEED requirements
- Collaborative leadership style with the ability to work effectively with owners, designers, subcontractors, and trade partners
- Openness to new methods, tools, and construction technologies
- Strong computer skills and familiarity with modern construction technology
- Experience managing multifamily construction challenges, including unit repetition, resident safety, and specialized building systems
