Overview
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Superintendent to join their team to oversee projects within a 2-3 hour radius of Greensboro, NC
Responsibilities- Ensure safety, compliance and quality regulations are followed
- Communicate project progress with clients and project managers
- Ensure layout, materials and troubleshoot site conditions
- Manage vendors to ensure the job is completed on time and on budget
- Ability to identify a problem and solve it before it becomes a problem
- Constructing billing sheets, change orders, purchase orders
- Able to mentor other team members
- 5-10 years as multifamily and/or commercial Superintendent with strong project management experience
- Ability to read construction documents
- Familiarity with regulatory construction standards
- Self-starter who wants to work for a family run general contractor, not a large corporate general contractor
- 100% employee paid health insurance

- Out of town expenses pending on location
