Qualifications:

* 5 Years of building- and construction-related experience.
* Able to read plans and do plan take-offs.
* Computer literacy (Excel, Word, Email, Internet).
* Comfortable with heavy phone, email, text, Whats App and Zoom contact.
* Good verbal and writing skills. ||

Education:

| 2- or 4-year degree in a construction related field, or equivalent in experience. || Compensation: | $60k to start. || Relocation: | Yes. || Benefits: | PPO health plan including dental, vision, paid holidays, vacation policy, etc. ||
