Delivery Supervisor

This is a contract, part-time role supporting a maternity leave, with an expected commitment of up to 30 hours per week. This position is on-site in Winston-Salem, North Carolina and is not a full-time, benefits-eligible role.

As Delivery Supervisor (Contract), you provide hands‑on delivery and resourcing leadership during a defined coverage period. You ensure projects are properly staffed, production‑ready, and moving forward with clarity. Partnering closely with Account Management, department leads, and external vendors, you help maintain delivery momentum and operational stability across the agency.

• Own day‑to‑day staffing coordination across internal teams.
• Monitor bandwidth and utilization, proactively identifying gaps or conflicts.
• Support resourcing for new scopes, large initiatives, and priority projects.

• Partner with Account Management to validate feasibility during timeline and scope planning.
• Participate in weekly resourcing and delivery check‑ins.
• Maintain visibility into upcoming project needs and resourcing risks.

• Provide light mentorship and guidance to junior delivery or operations team members.
• Support adherence to existing tools, workflows, and delivery systems.

• 5–7 years of experience in delivery, resourcing, or operations within a creative or agency environment.
• Experience coordinating staffing plans and working alongside freelance or vendor partners.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to prioritize quickly.
• Familiarity with delivery and resourcing tools (e.g., Asana, Float, Smartsheet, Workamajig, Google Drive).
