POSITIONSUMMARY
As a Senior Account Executive, you play a critical role in ensuring projects run smoothly from scoping through final delivery. You turn direction from Business Consulting and Account Leadership into clear, trackable plans and proactively coordinate the moving parts across timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
You work closely with Delivery and Agency Operations to validate feasibility, keep work streams aligned, and maintain internal and external visibility. You build strong working relationships with clients and internal teams alike — driving clarity, managing expectations, and keeping projects on track every step of the way.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Project & Delivery Execution- Translate strategic direction from BC and account leadership into detailed timelines, deliverables, and action items.
- Partner with Delivery to confirm feasibility, resource allocation, and milestone dates, ensuring all updates are reflected in agency systems (Workamajig, Asana, Google Drive) so teams have an accurate view of progress.
- Monitor day-to-day project progress, flagging risks early to account leadership and Delivery.
- Organize and track client feedback, ensuring it’s addressed efficiently.
- Serve as a point of contact for client communications on assigned projects, escalating issues when needed.
- Support in preparing meeting agendas, status reports, and client updates.
- Build rapport with client-side contacts to foster a strong working relationship.
- With Business Consulting, Strategy, Creative, and Media leads:
Coordinate project inputs to ensure strategic integrity and alignment. - With Delivery and AO:
Stay tightly aligned on feasibility, workflow, and resource planning. - With Finance:
Track budget usage for assigned projects and flag potential overages or changes in scope.
- Support Account Supervisors and Directors in managing project load and prioritization.
- Provide guidance and clarity to Account Executives and other junior team members.
- Contribute to documentation and organization within agency systems, maintaining accuracy and accountability.

- 3–5 years of experience in account management, client services, or project coordination in an agency setting.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and communicating with clients directly.
- Familiarity with project management tools like Asana, Trello, or Workamajig.
- Experience supporting both brand and performance marketing initiatives.
