We offer a New Hire Incentive Package (effective 12/11/25):
All newly hired C Level Technicians can qualify with the opportunity to earn up to $3,500+ in addition to regular pay in the first year*. PLUS the opportunity to earn up to $72.50 per flat rate hour!

• Bob King Automotive Management representative will provide details to those with prior experience as a C Level Technician. Criteria for qualification will include prior experience and demonstration of skill level.
• Payments will be made over the first year of employment so the new hire must maintain employed status during this time to earn the full payment amount. This payment is in lieu of any guarantees.

Open Interviews will be held at Bob King Mazda Monday through Friday 9am to 4pm daily. Please come in and ask for Darin, Brittany, Dennice or Randy.

• High School diploma or equivalent, certifications preferred
• Previous experience working in a similar role at a dealership preferred
• Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

• Perform oil changes and lubrication tasks on a variety of vehicles
• Inspect vehicles for any additional maintenance or repair needs
• Complete minor maintenance tasks such as filter changes and tire rotations
• Keep work area clean and organized
• Communicate effectively with team members and customers
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines

• Valid driver's license and ability to pass a pre‑hire drug screen
• Willingness to learn and grow in the role
• Physical ability to lift heavy objects and work in various positions
• ASE certification a plus, but not required

Pay : will be based on experience and paid hourly or by flat rate hour.
