Service Dept. Billing Clerk

Parkway Ford is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Service Dispatcher / Billing Clerk to support daily operations in our Service Department. This role is essential to maintaining an efficient shop flow while ensuring accurate and timely service billing and invoicing.

• Dispatch repair orders to technicians based on availability, skill level, and workload
• Review, prepare, and process service repair orders for billing
• Verify labor times, parts charges, and documentation for accuracy
• Ensure repair orders are properly completed, invoiced, and closed
• Work closely with Service Advisors, Parts Department, and management
• Maintain accurate records within the dealership management system (DMS)

• Previous automotive dealership or service department experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail, especially with billing and documentation
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable using DMS and standard computer applications
• Dependable, professional, and team-oriented
