Responsibilities
- Responsible for managing the daily accounts payable functions within the Accounting Department
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Ability to prioritize tasks
- Demonstrated integrity, professionalism, and discretion in handling confidential information
- Ability to lift 15 pounds at times
- Ability to sit at a desk and work at a computer for prolonged periods
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Office management, bookkeeping, or other relevant experience
This is a full-time, year-round position.
Reports to the CFO.
Wage Range: $18/hr-$25/hr
