Accountant, Financial Reporting, Accounting Manager

Advanced Personnel Resources is recruiting for an Entry-Level Accountant opportunity in Winston-Salem, NC. This role is ideal for someone early in their accounting career who’s ready to build strong foundational skills in financial reporting, reconciliations, and day-to-day accounting operations. This is a Direct Hire

• Title: Entry-Level Accountant
• Location: Winston-Salem, NC
• Pay: $50,000-$52,000/year
• Schedule: Full-time
  - Business Office Hours

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily accounting operations and core accounting functions
• Assist with month-end close activities
• Perform account reconciliations and support financial reporting
• Help maintain accuracy, consistency, and efficiency across financial processes

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline (or completion within 6 months)
• Will also consider an Associate’s degree + relevant experience
• Strong understanding of basic accounting principles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (accounting software experience is a plus)
• High attention to detail with strong organizational and time-management skills
• Strong written/verbal communication; able to work independently and collaboratively
