Role:
Accounting Manager
, AP focused - Contract
ONSITE:
Winston-Salem, NC - Hybrid
Contract Duration: 3 months (possible extension)
Pay Rate: $45/hr - $55/hr.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and mentor accounting staff, supporting performance and professional growth
- Oversee day-to-day accounting operations across multiple functions
- Drive process improvements and ensure compliance in financial workflows
- Support month-end close, reconciliations, and reporting
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on accounting initiatives and operational improvements
- Strong technical accounting expertise with some AP experience
- 3+ years managing accounting operations or a multi-person team
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- ERP and Excel proficiency
- Comfortable in high-volume, fast-paced environments
