EQUANS are recruiting for a Hard FM Technical Services Advisor to be based in Winsford. This is a permanent full-time role working 40 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package.

General Overview

The Technical Services Advisor provides operational technical support and assurance to Hard FM service delivery across the contract. The role supports the Hard FM / Technical Services Manager by monitoring PPM delivery, reviewing RAMS, supporting technical job progression, and identifying risks to SLA compliance. The role has no strategic accountability but plays a key role in maintaining technical control at delivery level.

Accountabilities

The role operates in a structured, operational environment, dealing with routine and non-routine technical issues across reactive and planned works. The role requires sound technical judgement to identify when issues can be resolved operationally and when escalation to the Manager is required. Complexity is typically technical or process-driven rather than strategic.

Who are we looking for? Essential Key Skills
  • Technical background in Hard FM or building services
  • Experience working in FM or maintenance environments
  • Familiarity with RAMS, PPM delivery, and SLA-driven contracts
  • Experience using CAFM systems or job management platforms

  • Public sector FM experience
  • Exposure to statutory compliance processes
