Finance Business Partner

A large, well-established organisation is seeking a commercially minded Finance Business Partner to join its growing finance team. This is a high-impact role designed for someone who enjoys working closely with senior operational stakeholders, influencing decisions, and driving financial performance. The Role Reporting into a Senior Finance Business Partner or Finance Director, you will act as the key financial contact for a defined business area, providing insight, challenge, and commercial support. Key responsibilities will include:
Partnering with senior operational leaders to support budgeting, forecasting and performance management Producing and interpreting monthly management accounts and KPI reporting Delivering financial insight, variance analysis and recommendations to improve profitability and cost control Supporting business cases, investment proposals and strategic initiatives Challenging assumptions and driving accountability across budget holders Identifying risks and opportunities and ensuring they are reflected in forecasts Improving financial processes, controls and reporting

The Ideal Candidate You will be someone who combines strong technical finance skills with the confidence to work with non-finance stakeholders. You will bring: A professional qualification (ACCA, CIMA, ACA or equivalent), or be close to qualifying Experience in management accounting, business partnering, or commercial finance Strong Excel and financial modelling skills The ability to communicate clearly and influence stakeholders at all levels A proactive, analytical and solutions-focused mindset Experience in a multi-site, fast-moving or asset-heavy business would be beneficial, but not essential.
