Interim Financial Accountant

Financial Accountant - ASAP start Eastbourne, Hybrid 2-3 Months with possible extensions Immediate Start £350 - £450 a day DOE I'm looking for an experienced qualified Technical / Financial Accountant to provide interim support during a busy year-end period, leading up to audit, for a growing Eastbourne-based business. This is a temporary/contract role with immediate start, ideal for candidates who can hit the ground running.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide year-end and statutory accounting support, including technical accounting and audit preparation Assist with technical accounting projects, particularly around new accounting standards (leases / IFRS 16, revenue recognition) Deliver accurate reporting, forecasting, and analysis to support senior management Work closely with the Group Finance Controller to ensure deadlines are met during this busy period Candidate Requirements:
Strong technical accounting experience, ideally with year-end and statutory accounts exposure / IFRS 16/Leases Audit experience preferred, either from practice or industry Flexible and adaptable, able to join a small team and deliver results quickly ASAP start and commitment to see the assignment through to the end Apply today to avoid missing out!
