This is a structured, performance-driven role with clear expectations and real earning potential.
What You’ll Do- Make 100 outbound calls per day
- Set qualified first-time appointments
- Maintain accurate CRM documentation
- Participate in daily coaching and sales huddles
- Base pay equivalent to $45,000 annually (non-exempt)
- $100 per qualified appointment that sits
- On-target earnings: $55K–$65K
