Solutions Sales Coordinator
Position location is flexible and may office from any branch in the USA
Part-time Shift(s): MON TUE WED THU FRI 7:00am - 5:00pm
Up to 28 hours/week
Working as Part-time Solutions Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting deployment and adoption across the Fastenal Managed Inventory (FMI) Technology platform. This position may offer a flexible schedule after a period of onboarding, training, and meeting performance goals.
RESPONSIBILITIES- Coordinating sales and marketing campaigns to drive the adoption of FMI programs
- Creating performance reports and distributing to stakeholders
- Communicating with sales specialists and stores to help ensure participation of FMI programs
- Possess customer service, administrative, sales, or industry work experience
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite
- Highly motivated, self directed and customer service oriented
- Demonstrate strong organization, planning and prioritizing abilities
- Demonstrate strong math aptitude, attention to detail and sense of urgency
- Exhibit strong problem solving, deductive reasoning and decision making skills
- Work independently as well as in a team environment
- Learn and perform multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
- Pass the required drug screen (applicable in the US, Puerto Rico and Guam ONLY)
- Possess or are working towards a degree in Business, Operations, Communications, Marketing or a related field of study
