Markting Strategist

Overview

Merchants Bank is seeking a Marketing Strategist. This on-site position can be worked out of any Merchants Bank location in MN and WI with office space available.

• Strategize and create marketing strategies (within approved guidelines) that drive engagement, foster strong relationships, and support the Merchants Bank brand.
• Take ownership of social media content and channels, email content, copywriting, and event planning.
• Create and distribute reports, monitor online listings and reviews, work with audio and video production, and assist with research projects.
• Be innovative, well organized, a problem solver, and able to multi-task and prioritize effectively.

• Requires a degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Marketing, Business Administration or equivalent experience.
• Excellent communication skills and copywriting experience preferred.
• Proficiency in the administration of social media channels and event planning experience.
• Experience with audio and video scripting, coaching, recording, editing;
  Adobe Premiere Rush and Adobe Premiere Pro preferred.
• Experience with design and editing programs like Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere or Adobe Acrobat desired.

Salary/Compensation: $28.08 - $34.38 per hour
