Production Warehouse Associate

Join our team and help create, finish, and fulfill high-quality fan merchandise! We’re hiring for multiple positions across production, warehouse, and machine operations. This is a great opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment with opportunities for cross-training and advancement.

• Hourly Pay: $15–$18/hr (based on the role)

• Assemble, finish, label, package, receive, pick, and prepare products according to detailed order instructions.
• Maintain consistent quality standards and production rates.
• Operate across multiple work centers to support merchandise creation and fulfillment.
• Use basic hand tools, sewing equipment, handheld technology, inventory systems, or automated equipment.
• Advanced roles include setting up, operating, and troubleshooting digital machines (printers, lasers, routers, embroidery machines, cutting systems), sometimes running multiple machines simultaneously.
• Follow all safety and quality guidelines.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in production, manufacturing, or warehouse environments is a plus but not required.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 25 lbs.
• Willingness to cross-train and work in various work centers.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow detailed instructions.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and familiarity with hand tools or automated equipment.
• Ability to learn and operate digital machinery and inventory systems.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to maintain quality and meet production goals.

• Ability to lift and move up to 25 lbs regularly.
• Standing, walking, bending, and repetitive motion throughout the shift.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Multiple shifts available (M-F 6a-2:30p, M-Th 12p-10:30p, M-Th 2:30p-1a)
• Flexibility to work overtime during peak production periods.
