Full-time Shift(s): MON TUE WED THU FRI 7:00am - 5:00pm

Working as Full-time Income Tax Senior Accountant, you will enjoy the opportunity to participate in a fast-paced work environment focusing on a variety of accounting and tax processes. This position may offer a flexible schedule after a period of onboarding, training, and meeting performance goals.

• Developing and training others to achieve goals and to optimize business results
• Leading transfer pricing planning, analysis, and documentation activities
• Reviewing and preparing quarterly and annual income tax provision schedules while working with outside tax advisors
• Monitoring and approving estimated income tax calculations and payments
• Preparing income tax schedules and tax return filings
• Coordinating income tax return preparation activities
• Reviewing income tax returns prepared by external tax advisors
• Analyzing and calculating return to provision adjustments
• Managing income tax examination activities
• Reviewing tax related reconciliations
• Performing monthly and quarterly financial close and reporting procedures
• Coordinating and participating in development projects, including planning, testing, and implementation
• Completing special projects and other administrative tasks as needed

• Possess a degree in Accounting
• Possess at least 2 years of accounting work experience
• Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and People Soft
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Highly motivated, self directed and customer service oriented
• Demonstrate strong organization, planning and prioritizing abilities
• Exhibit strong problem solving, deductive reasoning and decision making skills
• Ability to learn and perform multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

• Comply with the Federal Contractor Vaccine Mandate through vaccination or approved exemption prior to the start of employment (applicable in the US ONLY)
• Ability to pass the required drug screen (applicable in the US, Puerto Rico and Guam ONLY)

The base pay range for this position is $50,000 - 62,500. In addition to base pay, this position is also eligible for a bonus and/or commission.
