Working as Full-time Supply Chain Analyst - Supplier Contracts & Administration, you will be a strategic link between the Supply Chain Department and the rest of the company by impacting how Fastenal manages product flow both domestically and internationally. This position may offer a flexible schedule after a period of onboarding, training, and meeting performance goals.

• Managing forecasts and inventory plans
• Collaborating with product development, operations, and sales on product supply and placement
• Reviewing and analyzing sales trends within regions to determine stocking locations
• Analyzing data and communicating the results clearly
• Analyzing and deriving meaningful summaries from large data sets

• Prior administrative, customer service, or clerical experience OR industry experience and product knowledge
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite
• Demonstrate strong math aptitude, attention to detail and sense of urgency
• Demonstrate strong organization, planning and prioritizing abilities
• Exhibit strong problem solving, deductive reasoning and decision making skills
• Learn and perform multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
• Work independently as well as in a team environment

• Pass the required drug screen (applicable in the US, Puerto Rico and Guam ONLY)

• Possess or are working towards a degree in one of the following areas:
  Math, Statistics, Data Science, Supply Chain, Operations, Finance or a related Business field

The base pay range for this position is $38,000 - 50,000. In addition to base pay, this position is also eligible for a bonus and/or commission.
