The Dufresne Group/Ashley Canada is currently seeking a Warehouse Product Administrator for our Distribution Team within our Winnipeg Distribution Centre located at 230 Panet Road
.
As a Warehouse Product Administrator you will be responsible for the processing and reconciliation of all products arriving from multiple areas both physically and electronically, while resolving any issues or discrepancies before determining the new status and next steps of the product.

- Coordinate and ensure the safe movement and the daily functions of the return processing area.
- Supervise and direct the activities of the Warehouse Merchandise Handlers in the return processing area.
- Communicate repeated issues to the Distribution Centre Leadership (quality, handling, or assembly).
- Responsible for the data entry and inventory of all stock, returns, and damages.
- Administer store transfers and returned products.
- Create the pick list labels and effectively label products.
- Ensure electronic and physical inventory integrity.
- Conduct Return to Vendor (RTV), Pick Found Damaged (PFD) and Product inspections.
- Assign saleable status and reason codes as a result of inspections.
- Investigate returned products that lack the proper paperwork.
- Maintain Reason Code Aging.
- Understand and follow all safe work practices and regulations.
- Complete the proper product assessment and subsequent step determinations based on visual and electronic information about the product.
- Assemble data and prepare various reports and correspondences.
- Follow all Deck regulations and guidelines as posted in the Distribution Centre.
- High school diploma or GED; post‑secondary education an asset. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Previous warehouse experience.
- Strong computer skills with working knowledge of Microsoft Office products and the ability to learn in‑house computer and inventory management systems.
- High attention to detail.
- Effective decision‑making and problem‑solving skills.
- Well organized with the ability to prioritize and multi‑task in a dynamic environment.
- Ability to effectively use a radio (RF) scanner gun.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to conduct physical work (including movement of product) in both warm and cold conditions.
- Ability to work Tuesday–Saturday.
