Warehouse Workers - Part Time BDL

We are currently searching for Warehouse Workers for our Winnipeg Distribution Centre. These are unionized part-time opportunities with up to 40 hours a week (overtime may occur). We are looking for employees who are reliable and share our passion and commitment to satisfying our customers needs. Applicants MUST be available to work flexible shifts as needed.

On-site at the Winnipeg Distribution Centre.

• Prepare orders by picking, packing, wrapping and labelling product, sorting empties of cans/bottles and crushing cans
• Maintain service quality by following organization’s standards
• Ensure that customer service targets and goals are successfully met
• Ensure the company’s Health and Safety and Operational efficiencies are met
• Exemplify the Company’s dedication to customer service
• Perform other related duties and projects as assigned

• Completion of High School and/or GED equivalent preferred

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Previous experience in an operations/warehouse environment considered an asset, but not required

• Must be able to continuously lift 40 pounds or more and walk or stand for majority of shift
• Demonstrated reliability and dependability
• The availability to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends, is necessary to succeed in this role
• Above average communication and interpersonal skills

Starting wage is $17.73/hour with shift premiums and wage increases as per the collective agreement.
