We are currently searching for Warehouse Workers for our Winnipeg Distribution Centre. These are unionized part-time opportunities with up to 40 hours a week (overtime may occur). Applicants must be available to work flexible shifts as needed.

On-site at the Winnipeg Distribution Centre.

• Prepare orders by picking, packing, wrapping and labeling product, sorting empties of cans/bottles and crushing cans
• Maintain service quality by following organizational standards
• Ensure that customer service targets and goals are successfully met
• Ensure the company’s Health and Safety and Operational efficiencies are met
• Exemplify the Company’s dedication to customer service
• Perform other related duties and projects as assigned

• Completion of High School and/or GED equivalent preferred

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Previous experience in an operations/warehouse environment considered an asset, but not required

• Must be able to continuously lift 40 pounds or more and walk or stand for majority of shift
• Demonstrated reliability and dependability
• Availability to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends, is necessary to succeed in this role
• Above average communication and interpersonal skills

Starting wage is $17.73/hour with shift premiums and wage increases as per the collective agreement.
