Position: Dispatch - Contract

This dispatcher role handles a variety of essential tasks, including route planning, driver communication, and real-time shipment tracking. Responsibilities
  • Schedule and dispatch drivers or service vehicles to appropriate locations based on customer requests or manufacturing & logistics requirements.
  • Coordinate shipping with customers and various departments through phone and email.
  • Assist with front‑desk reception duties and contact customers as needed.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve problems related to missed deliveries, vehicle breakdowns, or traffic delays.
  • Accurate data entry to maintain and enter service records.
  • Maintain organized records of service calls, maintenance schedules, and driver logs for compliance.
Qualifications
  • 2–3 years experience in prior dispatch and/or similar administrative coordination roles.
  • Proficiency in dispatching software and GPS tracking systems, along with basic computer literacy.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in a high‑pressure environment.
  • Excellent organizational and time‑management skills to meet strict delivery and service deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative manufacturing & logistics team.
