** Transportation Coordinator
** in one or more areas of truck, rail, marine and/or logistics within the Winnipeg Office Transportation Department. Transportation Coordinators are a key component in the successful execution of Richardson’s transportation of commodity goods to end user.
** Responsibilities:
*** Manage the day-to-day and longer-term planning activities relative to transportation and contract management/administration for the network of Richardson country and port terminals, grain elevators, and processing plants.
* The various roles include regular interaction with trucking companies, railways, vessel owners/operators, service providers and agencies, and customers.
*
* Qualifications:
*** Minimum of 3 years’ experience in customer service or administration
* University education in logistics/supply chain management
* Experience in transportation/logistics
* Excellent communication and organizational skills
* Strong focus on accuracy and detail
* Exceptional time management skills
* Ability to handle multiple priorities
* A combination of education and experience may be considered
