Position Summary
Reporting to the Logistics Department, Class 1 Truck Drivers are responsible for the pick‑up and delivery of raw material and finished goods on a variety of routes and shifts. We currently have an opportunity for a reliable and conscientious individual to join our team as a Class 1 Truck Driver at our Winnipeg location.
Key Responsibilities- Pick up and deliver raw material and finished goods on a variety of routes and shifts.
- Perform physical tasks such as repetitive pulling, pushing, lifting, bending, and other demanding movements.
- Accurately complete and submit all required paperwork.
- Work evening shifts and weekends as required by weekly route scheduling.
- Conduct all interactions with customers and suppliers in a respectful, professional, and service‑oriented manner.
- Formally report any concerns or customer service‑related issues.
- Follow all company and Health and Safety rules and report all incidentable incidents.
- Maintain tractors and trailers in a clean and presentable condition.
- Ensure safe driving operations.
- Effectively and efficiently deal with ad‑hoc issues that may arise.
- $31.70 Per Hour plus overtime after 40 hours

- Valid Class 1 license
- Clean driving record
- Customer‑service oriented
- Familiarity driving within the Province of Manitoba
- Flexible and willing to work overtime as required
- Team‑oriented and willing to assist with all routes
- Ability to keep up with physically demanding tasks such as repetitive bending, pulling, pushing, lifting, etc.
