Class 1 Driver

Position Summary

Reporting to the Logistics Department, Class 1 Truck Drivers are responsible for the pick‑up and delivery of raw material and finished goods on a variety of routes and shifts. We currently have an opportunity for a reliable and conscientious individual to join our team as a Class 1 Truck Driver at our Winnipeg location.

• Pick up and deliver raw material and finished goods on a variety of routes and shifts.
• Perform physical tasks such as repetitive pulling, pushing, lifting, bending, and other demanding movements.
• Accurately complete and submit all required paperwork.
• Work evening shifts and weekends as required by weekly route scheduling.
• Conduct all interactions with customers and suppliers in a respectful, professional, and service‑oriented manner.
• Formally report any concerns or customer service‑related issues.
• Follow all company and Health and Safety rules and report all incidentable incidents.
• Maintain tractors and trailers in a clean and presentable condition.
• Ensure safe driving operations.
• Effectively and efficiently deal with ad‑hoc issues that may arise.

• $31.70 Per Hour plus overtime after 40 hours

• Valid Class 1 license
• Clean driving record
• Customer‑service oriented
• Familiarity driving within the Province of Manitoba
• Flexible and willing to work overtime as required
• Team‑oriented and willing to assist with all routes
• Ability to keep up with physically demanding tasks such as repetitive bending, pulling, pushing, lifting, etc.
