Class 1 Driver

Reporting to the Logistics Department, Truck Drivers are responsible for the pick‑up and delivery of raw material and finished goods on a variety of routes and shifts. We currently have an opportunity for a reliable and conscientious individual to join our team as a Class 1 Truck Driver at our Winnipeg location.

• Responsible for the pick‑up and delivery of raw material and finished goods on a variety of routes and shifts.
• Tasks will include some physical demands such as repetitive pulling, pushing, lifting, etc.
• Accurate completion and submission of all required paperwork.
• Evening shifts along with weekend work will be required depending on weekly route scheduling.

• Conduct all interactions with customers and suppliers in a respectful, professional, and service‑oriented manner.
• Required to formally report any concerns or customer service‑related issues.
• Responsible for following all company and Health and Safety rules and for communicating all reportable incidents.
• Responsible to ensure that both tractors and trailers are maintained in a clean and presentable condition.
• Ensure safe driving operations.
• Responsible for effectively and efficiently dealing with ad‑hoc issues that may arise.

• $31.70 per hour plus overtime after 40 hours.

• Valid Class 1 license.
• Clean driving record.
• Customer service oriented.
• Familiarity driving within the Province of Manitoba.
• Flexible and willing to work overtime as required.
• Team oriented and willing to assist with all routes.
• Ability to keep up with physically demanding tasks such as repetitive bending, pulling, pushing, lifting, etc.
