Provide the best possible customer service by efficiently and effectively assisting the driver/trainer with the moving of home and business customer’s belongings.

• Assist driver/trainer with pre/post trip truck inspections and moving equipment inventory.
• Safely move, pack, and unpack customer’s belongings using proper equipment and techniques, following all prescribed policies.
• Constantly look for ways to improve customer service and support the company’s mission statement.
• Assist driver/trainer with organizing and securing the truck at the end of each job.
• Share responsibility with driver/trainer to ensure paperwork and revenues collected are properly dropped into a safe at the end of the work day.
• Assist driver/trainer with backing up or maneuvering the truck in tight situations.
• Contribute to a team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Actively participate in meetings and suggest ways to improve procedures, customer service, and marketing of services.
• Ensure compliance with policies outlined in the employee handbook and/or presented by management.
• Participate in ongoing training and development through STICK MEN UNIVERSITY®.
• Wear a clean, approved TWO MEN AND A TRUCK uniform at all times without exception.
• Maintain a positive image of TWO MEN AND A TRUCK by ensuring proper hygiene.
• Perform all other duties assigned by the franchisee, move manager, office manager, and/or general manager.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency in GPS/map reading and the ability to communicate directions.
• Effective, helpful, and friendly communication with co‑workers and customers.
• Ability to listen and take instruction from driver/trainer regarding customer service, moving/packing strategies, and techniques.
• Language skills: ability to present information in one‑on‑one and small group situations to customers, clients, and employees.
• Mathematical skills: ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using whole numbers and decimals; perform operations with Canadian dollars, weight, volume, distance, and time units.
• Reasoning ability: solve practical problems and adapt to a variety of situations with limited procedures; interpret instructions in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
• Physical demands: frequent standing, walking, talking, sitting, hearing, using hands and fingers, handling, feeling, and possibly lifting 100 pounds or more. Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, colour vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
