Driver Route Reclaim

Position

Purpose:

Reporting directly to the Regional Operations Manager, the Driver Route Reclaim is responsible for driving the company vehicle to collect customer products. In addition, this position focuses on scanning, sorting, and processing unsaleable and recalled consumer products for our clients as directed.

• Manage assigned routes efficiently, ensuring customers are serviced in a timely manner and to their satisfaction.
• Collect required data with handheld scanning devices, recording information legibly on route sheets and required daily documents.
• Communicate professionally and effectively with customers, co‑workers, and managers.
• Load/unload boxes on pallets and truck for delivery to food bank or warehouse daily.
• Follow written instructions containing route and client information.
• Perform simple math calculations.
• Interact professionally with various levels of internal and external customers, portraying a strong professional appearance and attitude at all times.
• Complete logbooks and understand hours of service regulations; perform pre‑ and post‑trip inspections.
• Complete required reports and strictly adhere to standard operating procedures.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

• Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
• Medical Examiner's Certification
