They have an innate ability to teach skating skills to a wide variety of clients, although primarily work well with children ages 3 – 8 years old. They have communication superpowers as they quickly create rapport with their participants and the participants' parents, prescribe appropriate and effective skating solutions to help their clients achieve their goals.

Altea's skating instructors are skating enthusiasts who are inspired to share their technical knowledge with their clients in an effective, safe, and progressive style. They have an innate ability to teach skating skills to a wide variety of clients, although primarily work well with children ages 3 – 8 years old. They have communication superpowers as they quickly create rapport with their participants and the participants' parents, prescribe appropriate and effective skating solutions to help their clients achieve their goals.

You are a customer-oriented, friendly, and outgoing professional who has a serious knack for effectively demonstrating the proper use of equipment, techniques and methods of proper movements while explaining and enforces safety, rules, and regulations. You also take pride in maintaining accurate and up to date records.

You are well versed in the various needs of your clients from strength and conditioning, injury rehabilitation and overall health and wellness. You maintain a welcoming presence day in and day out. While with clients, you remain focused, ensure proper posture and technique and are enthusiastic.

You’re a go-getter who has a special aptitude for sales. You have a passion for working with and assisting children/youth while maintaining a positive attitude and enthusiasm for the position.
